Abstract

Over the last  several decennary, numerous research studies proved that nano-based material refrigeration working medium have been surveyed one of the most powerful and effective replacement to the old-conventional working medium (refrigerants). Application of nanomaterial with optimum volume percentage can be blessings to RAC system. HFC-R134a as base using nanotechnology to make nanorefrigerant proved as one of the best solution to improve the system performance (COP, Wc etc.). Thermal systems like HP-Heat pump, Heat  pipe, MRS,CRS, climatization and many other has involved with the application of N.R., N.L, its blend(HNL/HNR) for improving thermophysical properties and hence improving the coefficient of performance-cop, reducing power input to the cooling machine and Compressor with comparatively dense system design. In current literature survey it’s reviewed that use of nanoparticles with lubricating oil and refrigerants not only enhances its thermo-physical but all also best for tribological properties, rheological nature heat transfer enhancement hence improves the overall performance of the systems
