Abstract

The Hodgkin-Huxley (HH) model of a neuron was published and used as an intelligent tool in modern neurobiology world. Variants of HH model have already been established and modeled. Now a day, neuroscientists have so far designed HH model of the axonal membrane for solving neurology works by bifurcation analysis. With the involvement of several biological phenomena of the membrane in addition to the calcium conductance, this model can easily reproduce electrophysiological measurements for calcium ion with GUI platform.
